Daniel Harding
最近注目している指揮者。Daniel Hardingさん。
大賀ホールにて、大賀典雄追悼演奏会、Daniel Hardingの指揮でバッハの管弦楽組曲第３番より『アリア』とベートヴェンの『第9』を聴きました。
ちょうど席がパーカッションの後ろだったので、Q出しの度に私が指示されているようでつい反応してしまいそうになりました(^.^)
普通のホールでは指揮者をオケの方と同じような位置で見ることはあまりないのですが、Hardingさんの表情や手の動きが全て見て取れ、表現したいことがこちらにも手に取るように伝わり、非常に面白かったです。
アリアは拍子を取ることは無く、全て雰囲気を両方の手先まで使って繊細に表現されていて、まるで踊られているかのようでした。
そしてその指先から音が溢れ出て来るような感じでした。
サントリーホールでマーラーを聴いた時も、始まった瞬間のピアニッシモの繊細さが非常に素晴らしく鳥肌が立ったのを覚えていますが、今回の第9も第４楽章のフォルテを効かすために計算して徐々に積み上げて来た建築が見事に完成されました！
それにしてもあんなにいつも声に出しているのでしょうか？
パーカッションのリズムは勿論、他の楽器のメロディーや、強く表現したい時のうなり声、呼吸などなど・・・
相当聞こえてましたが・・・

But I know you because I had an opportunity to see your performance five days ago in Stravinsky’s opera “The Soldier’s Tale” in Shanghai Grand Theater, in which you acted as the princess. I ‘m so enjoyed that night and impressed by your fantastic dancing performance. It was great and I was so fond of your active, elegant and poetic dancing. Obviously, you have great gift in dancing and your performance is full of music!
These five days, I have almost enjoyed all Satio Kinen Festival Orchestra’s concerts in Shanghai. And tonight, you sit several seats aside me during the second half concert. I can’t confirm you was sitting aside me, until you reminded me and even took my umbrella to me after the concert, at that time I acknowledged you are the actress which impressed me very much in the Stravinsky’s opera.
So I should say thank you very much now for your kindly reminder me of my umbrella. At that time when you gave me it, I should have said something to you, but I’m so shy and just say a Chinese word to express my gratefulness. What a pity!
